We are a collective of young(ish) entrepreneurs running a digital marketing agency in the heart of Birmingham. We are self-starters who get stuff done and pull together as a squad to achieve big things!

What we do?

We work with E-commerce brands around the world, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns.

We work with multiple 7 and 8 figure brands from a colourful variety of sectors including health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, kids toys and more.

The role?

Our Creative Team is the backbone of what we do...

As Production Manager you will work in collaboration with our Creative Team to organise and produce video and photo shoots for paid social media campaigns for our clients. These will include product photography, user generated product in use content, lifestyle shoots, scripted content and more.

Think of this role as a hands-on ‘Producer-Creative Director’ type of role.

One day we could be shooting on a Sony A7SIII in our fully equipped in-house studio, the next day we could be on set in an airBNB shooting on a camera phone.

We want to build a showstopping highlight reel of work that we are proud to put our name to, and we want you to take ownership of this to help us make it happen.

We are also looking for the Production Team itself to grow into a dedicated standalone studio in the Jewellery Quarter over the next 12 months.

What does the day-to-day look like?
  • Project managing the logistics of shoot days to make sure they run smoothly

  • Managing and growing the Production Team where we currently have a Production Assistant and Photo-videographer

  • Supporting and upskilling the Production Team to be better every day.

  • Assisting the wider Creative Team in working to their briefs or ideating open briefs

  • Managing our overall production timeline and ensuring we have enough resource in place to execute on shoots

  • Sourcing models and actors through casting calls and direct head hunting

  • Overseeing hair, makeup and outfit sourcing for models

  • Indoor and outdoor location scouting for upcoming shoots. Getting through to decision makers and getting hold of unique venues for us to shoot from.

  • Setting up and maintaining our own in-house production studio

  • Keeping up to date with the latest photo and videography trends on social media and researching techniques and the equipment or ‘hacks’ required to make them happen.

  • Managing our inventory of production equipment and props.

  • Working to production budgets and identifying opportunities for cost effective solutions whenever possible

What superpowers should you have?
  • Wholeheartedly invested in self development

  • A depth of experience and passion for videography and photography

  • Have an eye for what looks ‘right’ creatively

  • Passionate about producing outstanding creative work

  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite

  • Able to self teach from Google and Youtube when you get stuck

  • Willing to work in a changeable, entrepreneurial environment as we grow

  • Able to self manage your workload in a role that requires multitaskin

  • Having a ‘no job is too big or too small’ approach
