How do we do it?

This flow chart shows the way our agency goes from shooting raw assets and getting content creator assets to processing by our production team, then the creative assets go to the growth team and the growth team pass back creative briefs. Then the growth team give the account strategy to the media buyers who test in the ad account. The ad account then informs the data team who then analyse and pass on a report to the growth team on creative performance.

How we grew a DTC sports apparel brand from 1 ROAS to 2.35 ROAS in 5 months

STOX Energy is a direct-to-consumer compression sock brand based in Amsterdam. They sell compression socks for runners, tennis players, hikers, and for medical use. Despite already having a strong product and offer they struggled to scale their Facebook and Instagram ads while keeping their return on ad spend (ROAS) above target.
