Who are we?

We do things a bit differently.

There’s no corporate nonsense, no old-fashioned hierarchy, and definitely no micro-management (we’re not a fan!).

We are a collective of young(ish) entrepreneurs running a digital marketing agency in the heart of Birmingham.We are self-starters who get stuff done and pull together as a squad to achieve big things.

What we do?

We work with e-commerce brands around the world from Malta to Malaysia, helping to scale their businesses through creative-led and data-driven social media marketing campaigns.

We work with multiple 7 figure brands from a colourful variety of sectors including health, beauty, sportswear, fashion, kids toys and more.

The role?

You will be a key player in our Growth team.

You will be supporting senior account managers in driving performance for our clients. You will also be given your own roster of clients to look after once you are up and running.

Here’s an overview of the day-to-day:

  • Monitoring and optimising performance of paid social advertising campaigns with budgets starting from £100k per month per client

  • Project managing a small ‘pod’ team to deliver a continuous flow of new ad creatives

  • Working with the Creative Strategist and a dedicated CRO specialist to identify new creative strategies and implement unique ideas to improve conversion rates

  • Managing a full client roster of up to 3 clients and building strong relationships by means of daily updates and achieving monthly targets

  • Direct client communication and stakeholder management on a bi-weekly basis and update on progress and results

  • Implementing new marketing strategies and tests based on data, research and feedback from data, the client and the wider operational team

  • Investigating and analysis of Ad Campaigns and why certain ads will perform better than others

  • Sharing your analysis with your Pod Team to help them gauge a stronger understanding of what performs better

  • Carrying out ongoing research to improve how ad budgets get spent

What superpowers should you have?
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills; ability to analyse raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations

  • Proficient in data analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI and able to analyse large data sets and generate actionable insights

  • Highly competent in Excel or Google sheets and be able to display the ability to create dashboards and reports, use of advanced formulas and data processing and pulling using Supermetrics

  • Strong presentation skills with proficiency in Powerpoint, Google Slides or Keynote

  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills with dynamic communication skills to be used with different audiences including but not limited to Clients and Team Members

  • Willing to adapt in a changeable, entrepreneurial environment as we grow

  • Ability to organise and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment and be receptive to mentorship

  • Invested in self improvement
